SALE & REFUND POLICY
- Items are not refundable after purchase. If the item is faulty or damaged, please send batch code, BBE date, and an image demonstrating the issue to contact@zaytoun.org. Please do not dispose of the item(s) until the issue has been resolved. Any issue must be reported to the collection point within 7 days of collection.
- This purchase is from a volunteer’s home, not a shop, so please keep in mind that there are no regular “opening hours” or other service elements that can be expected from a retail establishment.
- Once you’ve placed your order to pick up from a particular location, you cannot change the pick up location.
- For this special Ramadhan advance purchase offer: the customer understands that this purchase is not for immediate collection and that stock will be available from February 2025 at the earliest.
- Customer will be contacted by Zaytoun via email when the order is ready for collection.
- Customer must pick up items as soon as possible on receipt of notification that the item is ready for collection from the customer's selected collection point.
- Failure to collect will result in a partial refund and will incur an admin charge of £20.
