SALE & REFUND POLICY
 

  1. Items are not refundable after purchase. If the item is faulty or damaged, please send batch code, BBE date, and an image demonstrating the issue to contact@zaytoun.org. Please do not dispose of the item(s) until the issue has been resolved. Any issue must be reported to the collection point within 7 days of collection.  
  2. This purchase is from a volunteer’s home, not a shop, so please keep in mind that there are no regular “opening hours” or other service elements that can be expected from a retail establishment.
  3. Once you’ve placed your order to pick up from a particular location, you cannot change the pick up location.
  4. For this special Ramadhan advance purchase offer: the customer understands that this purchase is not for immediate collection and that stock will be available from February 2025 at the earliest.
  5. Customer will be contacted by Zaytoun via email when the order is ready for collection.
  6. Customer must pick up items as soon as possible on receipt of notification that the item is ready for collection from the customer's selected collection point.
  7. Failure to collect will result in a partial refund and will incur an admin charge of £20.
