These dates are yet another variety of Medjoul Dates, Medium/Large in size. They have a tighter skin, are firmer in texture and darker in colour, with a delicious, rich caramel taste, therefore known as Jericho's Finest.
Jericho's Finest hold a slightly longer shelf life under normal conditions due to the variety of Medjoul they are, however for a longer term consumption, they will preserve much longer in a refrigerator or freezer.
